Supporting you and your loved ones at home throughout Norfolk Norfolk. Discover our range of services and how we offer person centered care.
It’s fair to say that sometimes we all just need a little help; perhaps support to have a bath or shower maybe once or twice a week. You may want just a little company for a couple of hours while a loved one has to go out, and at other times you may need a little more practical support.
At Elite Care we are happy to provide you with this support. We have listened to many of you over the years when you said you would like this without being tied into complicated contracts. You would prefer simplified one where you have the flexibility to cancel care when you want to without a lengthy notice period or charge.
We agreed and we started our ad hoc care package. This means we will provide the care you need on your terms providing you do not need more than 4 calls a week. Of course, we still follow all the regulations to ensure your safety. We would need to meet with you to record your details and discuss any health issues you may have. Once this is all in place and we have fulfilled our CQC and legislative requirements we are happy to provide the support you require, all we need is a little notice to get the care in place when you want it.
If you currently have care that is Fully Funded through your local authority but are not happy with the quality of care provided with another care provider, we are happy to take over the care for you. This means you would take control of your personal independent payments, arrange care in the way you want it and make direct payments. We can help you and guide you through the process and our commitment to you is that you will not pay more than you would pay through the Local Authority. In point of fact in most cases it will be less as we do not make administration charges. Standard care is calls 7 days a week up to 4 times a day.
If you are not fully funded and must make a contribution, you can request to take your allocation, make direct payments and choose the company you want to provide your care. Again, the amount you contribute will stay in line with what you will pay to your local authority if you choose us. This is our commitment to you.
We also provide care for those we refer to self-funders, in other words you pay privately for the care and make all the choices about how that care is orchestrated. We fully support this and can guide you through and support you with everything required to ensure your care offers the best outcome for yourself or your loved ones.
We are under contract to the NHS to provide this care for those that are end of life or receiving Palliative Care, this is often provided as a two-person team visiting a number of times a day, to support personal care, turning, medication, emotional support and anything else required. Was very pleased with the support from the carers coming in and all members of staff in the office. Was flexible for visits where it was possible. We had familiar faces coming in so nan always felt comfortable. Nan's needs were always met. If ever there was a problem one of us would be contacted. Wish we could of continued longer. Thanks for all you have done once again. Aaron C29 November 2018 I would like to thank the staff at ELITE CARE for their efficiency and kindness. They really do the job with an emphasis on CARE.
